Symptoms of PAH

With less blood flowing into the lungs to pick up oxygen and less oxygen making it to the rest of the body, symptoms such as dizziness, shortness of breath and fatigue start to occur. Some people also may notice swelling in their ankles and legs. These symptoms become worse as the disease progresses.⁵
