The Support You Need, When You Need It.

Each patient is in a different place on their journey with PAH. Perhaps you've just been diagnosed and you don't know where to turn. Maybe you're looking for information or need someone to talk to. Or maybe you are wondering what support services are available to help you manage your PAH.

Wherever you are in your journey, Living PAH is a place for you to learn about the disease and keep up on treatment options. It's a place for you to share with others, find answers to your questions, receive emotional support and get help dealing with the challenges of living with PAH.

When you enroll in the Living PAH program, you can participate a little or a lot. You can take advantage of one or more of the Support Services.

Living PAH provides:

	Education and treatment information
	Support and community
	Informational seminars
	Help with handling treatment reimbursement, co-pays and more
	The opportunity to talk to others who are living with PAH
	Personal help when you feel overwhelmed by the challenges of living with PAH
	Someone to talk to who will help guide you on your journey
