Living PAH Support Services for Patients

The Living PAH Program allows patients to get answers to many treatment- and insurance-related questions. They can access the resources and support they need, when they need it. We help support patients with the products and support they need, throughout every stage of this potentially devastating disease.

PEER Network

Through this free program, patients connect one-on-one with other PAH patients who have first-hand knowledge of PAH and its treatment.

  • PAH patient mentors share their experiences with the disease and can tell your patients what treatment is like

Patient PHorums

Educational dinner meetings for PAH patients and their caregivers designed to help them better understand PAH and their treatment options.

ASSIST Program

There are a number of assistance programs available to help your patients obtain their medication, if they qualify. To find the program that best meets their needs, we have created ASSIST, the Access Solutions and Support Team.

One Number for All Product Access Needs: 1-877-UNITHER (1-877-864-8437)
When patients call 1-877-UNITHER (1-877-864-8437), their ASSIST Advisor will work to figure out which program is right for them. They can help resolve issues and manage the case until completion.

For patients who have insurance

  • Assistance in meeting product co-pay or co-insurance expense. Many people qualify for co-pay assistance. ASSIST Advisors can help determine eligibility.

For patients without insurance

  • For those who qualify, assistance obtaining medication and supplies if patients cannot afford therapy, are not adequately insured, or are close to the lifetime limit of their current insurance policy.

For patients whose insurance is interrupted

  • For those who qualify, assistance with continued medication coverage at a reasonable cost or no cost at all, should there be a temporary interruption of therapy caused by a gap in insurance coverage.*

By calling 1-877-UNITHER (1-877-864-8437), our ASSIST Advisors can also help verify insurance benefits, assist with submissions of prior authorization documentation, provide guidance for pharmacy claim denials and appeals and more.

*Patients must meet certain eligibility criteria to qualify for assistance.
